Quality Policy Statement

It is the policy of Xyone Cyber Security Solutions Limited to provide penetration testing services, from offices at InfoLab21, Lancaster University, and training and consultancy services in the field of cyber security consistently, reliably and efficiently to our clients & customers.

We commit to continually improve our quality management system, by understanding the needs & expectations of interested parties, assessing and responding appropriately to our organisational context, assessing and mitigating applicable risks, and maximizing identified opportunities.

Appropriate objectives pursuant to achieving this continual improvement are set during management review meetings, and are specific, measurable, attributable to specific staff, time- limited, evaluable, resource assessed and monitored. The organisation’s top management both set and monitor the above objectives

In pursuing this policy, we commit to providing services in accordance with our customer’s requirements and all appropriate and applicable legislative and regulatory requirements and obligations. 

Our Quality Policy is applicable and communicated to all persons and organisations completing work on the organisation’s behalf.  

Our Directors have approved this policy statement which is communicated to relevant interested parties as appropriate and on request at the Managing Director’s discretion.
